Necklace Stand

We all know the problem with necklace jewelry that is dropped in a drawer. It tangles itself together and damages the necklace but a quick and simple solution is a necklace stand.

A necklace stand may be a simple rack to support and display your necklaces or it may be a container that is made of clear plastic or glass which can prevent any dust from settling on your necklaces while also allowing a clear view of what you jewelry you own to help making choosing what to wear much easier.

Prices vary a lot and some necklace stands are cheap and cheerful with a very low cost but at the same time being a great improvement on simply placing your necklaces in a drawer where they get tangled together.

At the other end of the spectrum we have expensive necklace stands that look beautiful and are almost an item of art in their own right.

Why would you want one and what are the benefits of a necklace stand?

We all tend to accumulate jewelry. Our collections seem to grow almost by themselves. It is not difficult to see why. Jewelry lasts a long time, quite possibly a lifetime, and each time we add to our jewelry collection we add to the jewelry storage problem.

We start out by simply placing all of our jewelry in a convenient drawer but it doesn't take many items being added to that draw for the tangling problem to start developing. As more jewelry gets added to the draw we see a growing heap of mixed jewelry.

The worst culprit for tangled jewelry is the necklace which seems to coil itself around all the other items and before you know it you have a mixed bunch of jewelry that takes you ten minutes to untangle when you are wanting to get dressed to go out for the evening.
